HOW IT WORKS

How to use Organise PDF

  1. 01

Choose a PDF to see its pages.

  2. 02

Drag pages into order, use the arrow buttons, or insert pages from another PDF.

  3. 03

    Save your newly organised document.

Build a document page by page

Use the thumbnails to move pages into order, rotate a sideways scan or remove a duplicate. Insert pages from another PDF, then position them among the existing pages. Arrow buttons provide an alternative to dragging. Keep at least one page before saving the result.

Choose a simpler tool for a smaller job

Use Merge PDF to join complete files in sequence, or Extract PDF Pages to save a selection without rearranging the whole document. The organiser is useful when changes need to happen at individual page level.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a removed page?

Choose “Reset pages” to restore all original pages and their original order.

Are pages uploaded to a server?

No. The organiser runs in your browser, and the finished PDF is created on your device.

Is this PDF tool free?

Yes. All 15 tools are free to use without an account. Large or complex PDFs may exceed your browser’s available memory; try a smaller file or a computer if that happens.

Can I use password-protected PDFs?

Use Unlock PDF with a valid password first, if you are authorised to remove protection. These editing tools require an unencrypted PDF.
