Bring a cover letter, application and supporting documents into one PDF. Reorder whole files before merging; pages within each file keep their original sequence. To move individual pages or insert pages between existing ones, use Organise PDF.
Choose the right input format
This tool combines existing PDFs. For photos or scans saved as JPG, PNG or WebP, create a PDF with JPG to PDF first. Merging copies the pages without converting them to images; it is not a compression step. Review interactive forms, bookmarks and any existing certificate signatures in the finished document.

Yes. Use the up and down buttons beside each file before merging. Pages keep their order within each PDF.
Will merging reduce the quality?
Pages are copied without rendering them as images, so text and images keep their original quality.
Is this PDF tool free?

Can I use password-protected PDFs?
